Refund Policy

If Vocco isn't for you, email support@vocco.co within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Include the email address you used at checkout or your order number so we can find the purchase. This applies to the Pro lifetime license and, for people who subscribed to the former monthly plan, to their first month; later renewals can be stopped anytime by cancelling, and access runs to the end of the paid period.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also request a refund directly from the receipt email Paddle sent you.

After a refund

The refunded license is withdrawn on our side: it can no longer be restored or activated on a new install or on another Mac, and the app returns to the free version. Everything you dictated stays on your Mac — we never had it in the first place.
