If Vocco isn't for you, email support@vocco.co within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Include the email address you used at checkout or your order number so we can find the purchase.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also request a refund directly from the receipt email Paddle sent you.
Your license key is deactivated. Everything you dictated stays on your Mac — we never had it in the first place.
Vocco has a 14-day free trial with every feature enabled and no payment method required — we'd rather you decide before paying than after.
